Очень красиво, но не функционально

Отель с красивой территорией, шикарный бассейн, очень чисто. Персонал приветливый. Есть спа, тренажерный зал, ресторан, бар. Цены кусаются, о качестве еды в ресторане ничего сказать не могу - мы ездили на побережье. Номер у нас был самый простой. Первое впечатление - вау, как все красиво, мебель, отделка, стиль, сантехника - все супер. Однако, когда стали пользоваться - функциональность на любителя. Например 50% номера занимает санузел - есть отдельная ванна как бы прям в номере. Но нет в этой зоне ни одной розетки - то есть посушить волосы с зеркалом или побриться совершенно негде. Так же не понятно куда вешать полотенца и где сушить мокрые вещи после пляжа. Еще местная особенность, которая часто встречается во вьетнамских отелях - стеклянные стены в туалете и ванной. В нашем номере изза обеденного стола прекрасно видно, как человек сидит простите на унитазе. Ну не знаю... То есть впечатление в целом положительное, но немного не продуманы мелочи, может я придираюсь. Еще немного расстроил пляж - мы представляли себе что он будет большой. На практике же оказалось что его почти и нет. Мы остались довольны бассейном, он конечно шикарный. Только удивило, что не раздавали полотенца, как это обычно бывает. Geared for local market

This resort has the potential of being an awesome holiday destination, they just need a little more time to prepare for the Aussie guest. Whilst language is an issue, we got by with google translator. Although there is a kitchen, the stoves are not wired up, there is no microwave as they do not want any cooking in the rooms. Fridges keep food cool but not cold. Shop has minimal supplies, but we managed to find Vinmart close by to purchase soft drinks and snacks. Food was good at resort, although many local restaurants just outside the resort gates. Would like to go back in a couple of years to see the changes. Nice beautiful resort in a remote area

We stayed there for 3 nights in room 402. The complex is huge with 3 types of hotels in 1: The newer Grand hotel, the ocean view luxury hotel and the individual villa. We stayed at the older ocean view luxury hotel. The grounds is well kept with many beautiful tropical trees and flowers. We apparently arrived there during the low season (October) , so we see very few guests so they combined all the guests to have breakfasts at the "Grand" hotel. They have multiple swimming pools, one of which is an infinity pool at the Grand hotel. I also tried the nice indoor swimming pool which is somewhat warmer than the other pools. The beach is within walking distance of the hotel, but it is virtually unswimmable due to high tides. As mentioned earlier, the hotel complex is huge, you will need the electric car to move around in the hotel campus from one place to another. There is hardly any activities scheduled in the hotel so it is rather boring to stay in this hotel. There is 1 seafood restaurant inside the complex but I did not try it. I was told there was a night market but it was only opened on weekends only. Overall this is a nice huge hotel in a rather remote area. The service is OK, not great. There is a nice gym on the premise with free steam sauna. I would recommend you stay at this hotel during the summer months (February-August) as there is very little going on after September-December which is considered low season in this area. There is no Grab. You have to get a taxi if you need to go anywhere from this hotel (either to go to town or to get to Thanh Hoa which is about 20 km away). I would come back again. Lovely resort

Good facilities but normal service

I stayed there 2 nights with my family. I rent apartment . good facilities, very nice swimming pool, nice view but It is difficult to call bus, it was took 15 mins, My friend was allegry and she is disabled but no one came to the room, we trief to call many times and lastly staff asked her go to clinic office where far from dept 3km. Hope to improve service when we come back again I stayed there 2 nights with my family.
