Ох, не надо друзья...

Расположение отеля для туриста идеальное - два-три дня в нем провести с точки зрения посещения достопримечательностей, самое оно. Все под боком - опера, театр, музеи, порт, метро. Но!!! Ночью вы будете спать под звуки отбойного молотка, который приступает к работе в районе часа ночи... В басик я не решилась даже руку опустить для пробы температуры воды - муть... Вот завтраки отменные - бизнесмены, проживающие в большей массе в этом отеле, требовательны видимо))) Но все же, поищите еще. Не самый дорогой и не самый дешевый. Альтернативы есть в этом районе точно) Вид из басика в одну сторону красив, но есть отели и с лучшими панорамами! Очень хороший отель. Расположен практически на набережной. Вся тусовочная часть Бузиуса находится в пешей доступности. Красивейшая территория с двумя бассейнами (один - детский). Очень привеливый персонал, стремящийся вам во всем помочь. Бесплатная парковка. Номера большие, к уборке - никаких претензий. Завтрак с хорошим выбором качественных блюд.Кровать удобная. Сантехника новая. Из недостатков: ограничитель двери в санузле расположен опасно (можно наступить) и кондиционер дует на кровать. Очень хороший отель. Расположен практически на набережной. Приятный отель

Хороший отель для спокойного семейного отдыха. Провели в нем около недели и остались очень довольны. Средняя четверка, а также есть ряд преимуществ: удачное расположение относительно лучших пляжей, магазинчиков с сувенирами и ресторанов. Также отмечу хороший бассейн и территорию. Подходит для короткого отдыха на 2-3 дня.

С учётом достаточно слаборазвитой инфраструктуры и сети отелей прилегающих к Рио курортов этот отель вероятно один из 10 лучших. Большая территория, открытый бассейн, неплохой завтрак, стратегическое положение (пройдя через отель вы можете напрямую попасть на пирс, откуда с утра курсируют экскурсионные лодки, увозящие туристов на ближайшие пляжи и острова ). Много ресторанов и кафе на набережной в пешей доступности от отеля. Чтобы получить настоящий эффект экзотического отдыха, лучше уезжать дальше - на остров Илья Гранде и далее. Don't stay here!

One of those hotels that looks okay in the pictures but the reality on the ground is so, so different. Old beds. Old electrics. Bugs in the room. An aircon unit straight out of the 1960s: it made a noise like a loud vaccum cleaner, so I had to choose between sweating in the heat or not being able to sleep because of the noise. The room had a 'jazuzzi' - again straight out of the 1950s. It was so slow to fill after ten minutes there was only 5cm of water, so I gave it a miss. When I reported all of these issues the next day, staff were apathetic and unapologetic. Forget about any kind of goodwill gesture, the hotel just didn't care. I have been travelling in Brazil for the past 2 months staying in international standard 4 star hotels. Not only was the Hotel Atlantico one of the most expensive, it was far and away the worst in terms of room comfort, staff attitude and general ambiance. My advice to all international visitors: give it a miss. There are loads of beautiful pousadas in Buzios. Don't waste your dollars or euros on this place. Great hotel

Give this hotel a pass

I am not at all sure why this hotel has high rating. Never have I seen a more incompetent desk staff. It took almost 30 minutes for them to find my reservation and get me checked in. Once checked in they kept checking other people into the same room they gave me. They also could not check me out until after they heard from the room maid if all was well in my room? I mean what the heck is that? I travel the world and never had that experience. The hotel restaurant is horrible, good thing there are plenty of restaurants around. The rooms are really meh. Hot water takes a long time to come, if it comes at all. The doors lock, but anyone can get in, I had the mini-bar attendant never knock and just barge in, once while I was getting out of the shower. There are very few comforts in the room and they are spartan. No coffee pot and no place in the hotel to get coffee! We had lots of mosquitos, the patios have no screens, a/c is old and loud. Oh and the WiFi, every day was a new adventure in trying to get it to work! There are plenty of cute boutique hotels in the area, stay at them! I am not at all sure why this hotel has high rating. The promotional rate was actually much more expensive than paying on arrival. Paid R$80.00 for each lunch in advance because it was a "promotional rate", but arriving at the hotel it would have costed only R$55.00. R$25.00 x 3 people x 5 days = R$375,00. Reception service is terrible. Room locks' always break and you have to wait for a long time, while they try to fix it. There are plenty of cozy, well located, cheaper pousadas in Búzios. Resort Heaven

We have stayed here before and remembered how much we enjoyed. Our return did not start off well as our original room faced street and was quite noisy. The hotel staff quickly remedied problem and moved us to another room. The resort while aging is still lovely. The location is perfect. My only suggestion is lack of English speaking tv channels (there is one CNN, would prefer BBC). Occasionally English speaking movie on HBO Plus but that is hit and miss. In any event I highly recommend for a relaxing place to stay. We have stayed here before and remembered how much we enjoyed.
