Отличный отель, современный, чистый, удобный. Подъём в лифте и вход в номер по электронному ключу. На ресепшене есть чем развлечься детям. номер большой и уютный. Были с женой и двумя детьми. В номере есть кондиционер, он же обогреватель, холодильник, микроволновка, чайник, капсульная кофеварка, телевизор, сейф (без дополнительной платы). В номере три раковины. Одна в туалете, одна рядом с чайником и кофеваркой и третья в ванной комнате. В ванной комнате есть и душ и ванна. Фен. Комната при желании разделяется занавеской на две части, что удобно. Близко от метро. Ближайшая станция Port de la Chapelle. Рядом много полиции, причина проста, по пути к метро пункт выдачи бесплатного питания, с утра там много людей в очереди, в основном негров. В сторону другой ближайшей станции метро целый квартал магазинов. Вечером (около 18-19) все они закрываются, получаются абсолютно пустые улицы. Отличный отель, современный, чистый, удобный. Хорошее соотношение цена\качество в страшном районе

Хорошее соотношение цена\качество в страшном районе. Этот отель подойдет ТОЛЬКО для смелых путешественников на машине. Отель чистый, номера просторные. У нас была семейная комната, с отсек для ребенка за раздвижной шторкой. Все скромно, но функционально. В номере сейф, чайник, кофе, СВЧ, холодильник. Ванная, дух и отдельный санузел. Завтрак 15 EUR вкусный и обильный. Парковка очень дорогая, как и везде в Париже. Но район просто страшный, сплошные бомжи, наркоманы и беженцы. В гараж отеля въезд через шлюзовые ворота, в отель вход только для гостей. Лучший вариант, заехали в подземный паркинг, оттуда в номер, и так же обратно. Выходить на улицу не советую вообще. Хороший недорогой отель

Отель расположен далеко от центра города, поэтому подойдёт только для путешественников на автомобиле. Номера очень просторные и удобные для проживания с детьми. Есть 2 дополнительных места для них, также можно попросить люльку. В номере чайник, чай, кофе, вода, микроволновка, небольшой холодильник, удобный обеденный стол. Поэтому завтракать можно в номере. Завтрак в отеле стандартный для этой сети. Не очень разнообразный, но с качественными продуктами. Для детей завтрак бесплатный, если завтракают взрослые. Отель расположен далеко от центра города, поэтому подойдёт только для путешественников на автомобиле. Номера очень просторные и удобные для проживания с детьми. Отличный отель!

Огромный номер-сьют со сложносочиненной кроватью: с виду обыкновенная двуспальная кровать, но снизу выдвигается ещё одно полноценное спальное место, плюс отдельно стоящий диванчик, так что в номере можно легко разместить от двух до пяти человек. Есть чайник, чай-кофе-сливки-сахар-пирожное Мадлен, если утром некогда позавтракать или вечером захочется выпить чаю. Можно и разогреть готововый ужин, который продаётся тут же в отеле, в микроволновке, которая стоит тут же в номере. Завтрак изменил мои представления о фоанцузских завтраках: тут есть ВСЁ, а не только апельсиновый сок и круассан. Если захотите съесть яйцо всмятку, приготовьтесь сварить его себе сами, в ресторане имеется очень хитрое приспособление для этого. Единственный минус - картонные тарелки и бумажные салфетки вместо скатерти на столе. В номере очень уютная большая ванная и душевая кабина, и - внимание, девочки! - приличная косметика, есть даже гоммаж для тела. Метро совсем близко, также рядом с метро небольшой супермаркет, где за пару евро можно купить настоящую дижонскую горчицу; аптека и почта. Just for a night

Close to Stade de France with a lot of space in the room, complete with coffee machine and microwave oven, very large TV screen. Unfortunately, there is no restaurant in this hotel, but you can buy some food at the reception. Very attentive staff! There is an underground car park. Spacious Rooms and Courteous Staffs!!!

After booking the hotel I was somewhat in a dilemma reading the reviews at the travel portals including Tripadvisor. This was a family vacation and the reviews made me think twice on whether to go with it or cancel for some alternate property. However, after the stay I would say some of the reviews are surely exaggeration or overstatement, whatever the reason might have been. The location of the hotel is not that great as it at a distance from the main road where you get all sorts of public transport (Paris Metro, Tram as well as buses) and at crossroads, with temporary settlement for homeless people. The Metro station Porte de la Chapelle (Line 12) is at a distance of about 1.5 kms and that way a just a walk away. When you walk down you need to cross the settlements and with my family, I did not face any untoward scenario during my stay at the hotels for 2 nights, which included a walk with my family at close to 10 PM in the evening. That saying, the sight can be disturbing for some and did hear other guests (two of them narrating an incident) providing vivid description of being confronted by aggressive beggars for alms. By the way word spreads, I would not be surprised if that one incident was reported as multiple by someone who hears it and then passes on. Now coming back to the property in general and the facilities. The gate of the hotel is always manned and locked. Reception is just on entering the hotel and the breakfast is also served near the reception. Some vending machines are there at the reception with usual stuffs. Check-in was smooth and we were provided a map of Paris and also a narrative of how to move around. I must say that was helpful and until and unless you opt to move around in Taxi or Uber, which is not going to be cheap anyway. The room provided was at the higher floor. It was a good sized one with decent furnishings and all in-room amenities you are think of. The room was well maintained and nothing to complain on this as well. Wifi worked pretty well. However, effectively there is no good view if that is what you are looking for and the most you can get is a view of busy Paris road from the only window available in the room. I did not like the breakfast being served as there was nothing much on offer. Very limited and it seemed the hotel was also keen that no guest has enough by the size of the plates which were available. Not much was also stocked and replenishment was taking time as well. Thieves

Technically I haven’t even stayed yet but they will not allow me to amend my dates by a single day without charging me £140. Terrible customer service, I have spoken to everyone I possibly could about this including the manager and they all refuse to help. I have a very important interview which has come up in the last few days which I NEED to attend on the 15th so this establishment are forcing me to choose between throwing away a whole night or £140. I have given nearly a whole months notice of this problem but they’re all reluctant to make it any easier for me. Choose somewhere else that are helpful to their customers. Totally Different experience to the other recent reviews

After booking the hotel in July and then reading the reviews here in December shortly before our trip I was quite worried about our planned stay. Needless to say my worries were unnecessary. The whole area had been totally cleaned up with regards to the beggars and homeless in the area. There was also visible patrolling by armed security in the area around the hotel. We felt very safe. On arrival the staff were friendly and also helpful. We booked the executive suite and must say were very impressed with the comfort and cleanliness of the room. Great stay all in all. Not a place I will want to visit again

The location and reception on arrival was poor. Not like many other Novotel Suites I have stayed. No restaurant and proper bar. Feel sad paying €157 for complete mess. Requested brioche during breakfast and was ignored. Let’s make it simple, I will never use this facility ever again. Accor should investigate and save their reputation. Had to ask several time’s for my complimentary drink. Finally issued with a voucher. Waste of time. The location and reception on arrival was poor. Not like many other Novotel Suites I have stayed.
