Wonderful TIme!

I wish that we all could've been together, because we booked it under a group, so that was disappointing that we were spread out. And before booking we were told that we would all be together. Overall, the rental unit was beautiful. Our good and not so good

We have stayed her many times,mainly because of the grounds. Each time we stay, the service/facility drops a bit more. Pros: Good price for the room Grounds are lovely They actually let us check in before 4PM. Thank you Comfortable bed. The room was in decent shape for a change. We have had ants and broken screens in the past. Good internet Good cable We had a loud banging noise in our unit and maintenance responded in 10 minutes. Excellent Cons: The representative photo for our room showed a fireplace. This room had a heater unit. It does disclose that rooms decor differ but a fireplace is a big perk. The fridge had a freezer unit that did not work. The ice trays were puddles I was advised to pick up ice 2 buildings away. An ice machine in all buildings should be a minimum. We called housekeeping to request a tub mat for safety. Literature stated that we would get a callback and that the item would be left outside our door. We NEVER got a call and the front desk advised that we could pick it up ourselves again 2 buildings away. Am I on the payroll or a paying GUEST? Service goes a long way…… and we never got the mat. All in all it was ok. There are just a lot of things the GUEST is required to do that is not true at any other hotel and that is what this is…..a hotel. My favorite place to stay !!

Our room was absolutely beautiful, beautiful hardwood floor, full kitchen stocked with pots,pans,silverware, cutting boards. Dishwasher, Gas style wood burning stove , an all in 1 washer Dryer . Even a single person jetted tub in the bathroom! Great getaway during fall season

The foliage is amazing! Everything you need is in the unit. It was a long drive from NY so I am not sure if I would come again but me and my family had a great time! Maybe next time when we come, we can bring our family and friends and stay for a week. The foliage is amazing! Everything you need is in the unit. Stayed in early october during great foliage and great weather low 80s and sunny. Great mellow hiking trails behind the resort and along the Saco river for us seniors with creaky knees. Booked thru R.C.I.enjoyed our Studio room with a comfortable murphy bed,wich is a rarity. Looking forward to returning in January.
