Nice but not amazing - very affordable

This property is great if your looking for space at a low price we had a two bedroom apartment and it was very affordable although it is 20mins out of town. They had a restaurant that is only open Wednesday-Sunday evenings only so make sure to take your breakfast the apartment had a good sized kitchen and full dining table and lounge area. There was also tennis courts, fishing if you get a licence from town (you can borrow the rods) lots of board games and movies to borrow also. There was a pool and spa however both were freezing which was a huge disappointment as that’s a large part of why we picked to stay here. School Holiday, Mid-Week Getaway

A lovely place to stay. Plenty of things to see and do on-site from DVD's to watch on a rainy day, to fun in the pool, badminton, table tennis or even fishing. Easy 20min travel into Rotorua and attractions in and around the city. A lovely place to stay. SUPERB RESORT IN BEAUTIFUL AREA

We spent 1 week in a 2 bedroom apartment in this beautiful resort. It was immaculately clean in all areas. The kitchen/dining/lounge area was very spacious, tastefully decorated with quality furnishings and accessories. Upstairs there was 2 bedrooms with 1 bathroom between, all a good size and very comfortable, overlooking the canal. There was also an outside deck with table and chairs, overlooking the canal. The grounds are immaculate and there is an on-site restaurant which serves very good meals, extremely generous servings for a very reasonable price. We were here in mid-winter and didn't use the extra facilities that are available. The resort is very well managed with friendly helpful staff and Manager. Exceptional

Excellent location, very clean villa, staff wonderful and restaurant exceptional. Would stay here every year if available. Close to Rotorua and all the activities. Villa had all the amenities - nice and cosy electric blankets and heat pump. Wifi and in house movies available. Staff were very helpful. Picture postcard setting. Group for dinner at the Ramada restaurant

Came here as a group of 8 for dinner. We’re able to book that day when everything in town was unable to accomodate a group our size. We all thoroughly enjoyed our meals, the lamb shank, steak and ribs were favourites. The menu is decent and well priced. The service was good, but overall was excellent value for money and a nice evening. Would come again. Came here as a group of 8 for dinner.
