Резорт для пляжного отдыха

На территории резорта находятся несколько зданий , два четырехэтажных находятся на берегу океана в них расположены номера студий . Все окна а окна в пол из любой студии смотрят на океан, вид потрясающий. Студия - это одна большая комната с одним санузлом , в которой одна кровать шириной 220 см , диван раскладной на 2 спальных места, полная кухня с холодильником , микровалновкой, плитой , посудомойкой , кофеваркой , тостером и всей необходимой утварью ,большой обеденный стол со стульями , журнальный столик , телевизор с плоским экраном, видиоплеер и джакузи . Единственный недостаток нет стиральной и сушильной машинки в номере. Два следующих здания двухэтажные , находятся через дорогу, называются они cabana . Здания более старые по внешним данным похожи на мотель , в них номера с одной спальней и двумя санузлами или две спальни и два санузла и так же с полным обарудованием кухонь и всем остальным , но также номера не оснащены стиральными машинками , то есть необходимо идти в специальную комнату на территории резорта. Вся мебель в cabana обновлена и также везде телевизоры с плоским экраном . У каждых зданий есть бассейны с лежаками и территория резорта прекрасно озеленена имеется тики бар и каждый день проводятся какие - либо увеселительные мероприятия. Также на территории еще два здания waterfall с видом на сад и водопад , здание Key west так же все с обновленной мебелью, но в этих квартирах имеются еще стиральные машины. И десяти этажное здание ocean palm первые 4 этажа это паркинги а выше одно и двух комнатные квартиры двухкомнатные по Американским стандартам так же содержат стиральные машины и все перечисленное ранее . На территории отеля пять бассейнов: 4 с подогревом и 1 холодный , два уличных джакузи , теннисные корты, тренажерный зал, бесплатный интернет, достаточное количество парковочных мест , барбекю газовые и на углях. What you see is not what you get

Our building/unit was across the street from the main resort and nothing like the pictures. Unit was older, musty, black mold on bath windows, torn screens on windows, bend blinds/HVAC grates, just overall old and not well maintained. We asked to move and were denied. Nice Place and close to the Beach and Restaurants.

Stayed here for three days. Staff very helpful, grounds were very clean as well as the rooms. Close to the beach and many restaurants. Multiple pools, a hair salon and deli on the grounds. Have a great Tiki bat in the evenings serving adult beverages. Definitely would stay here again. Stayed here for three days. Staff very helpful, grounds were very clean as well as the rooms. Old outdated property

Don't stay here. Bldg old, no elevator to room, no view from our room, couch stained. We checked out 30 mins after checking in. 3 or 4 blocks away at a stoplight, a guy beside us in a convertible pulled a gun on a homeless guy that had just taken a leak beside the street next to a bldg. The homeless guy didn't like the guy in the car staring at him apparently & was harassing him. Didn't seem like a safe desirable area. Don't stay here. High Pressure Time Share Presentation

Let me first say that I booked this reservation on booking.com and didn't realize that we would have to sit in on a 90 minute presentation until check in. Our check in was very pleasant, and I shod have know something when I was told that we needed to go to a separate desk to obtain our room key. The 2nd desk is where we met Rico who wanted to give us gifts for our stay, he mentioned a noon meeting the next day at which time we informed him that this was my husband's birthday celebration and that we had plans and would not be able to stay for the entire 90 minutes. Rico said that's fine if you get through 15 minutes of the presentation and you've learned enough then you are welcome to leave. We were directed to our room which was across the street on the beach side of the resort, it was difficult to find in the dark but we were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness, size and kitchenette within the room. The bed was very comfortable and the resort was quiet the 2 nights we stayed. We were able to cook breakfast in the room after a quick grocery store trip, the hotel had everything that you could need to cook including pots, pans, plates, cups etc. There was even a dish washer with soap, this was very helpful. Now the not so good, the presentation.....our presenter was late by about 10 minutes, we explained to her that we were not able to stay for the entire 90 minutes and she said she would mention it to her manager, which she never did, and began the presentation. My husband is a bottom line type of guy who asked her to get to it....after hearing what she had to say, he told her that partial owner she did not fit into our future goals and Tha ked her for the presentation. She became agitated and asked why not? He again explained that our goal was to own a property totally and rent on our own and that we enjoyed her presentation but had to leave for our appointment, she was not pleased with his response and said she had to ask her manager if it were OK for us to leave....lol, 2 completely grown adults needing permission to leave...anyway, we were lead to a desk and asked to complete a survey on the presenter the desk was empty and we waited for another 10 minutes at that time we left. If you are ok with time share presentations, be prepared to not be able to leave unless you purchase something or you have a strong resolve otherwise you may be held captive.. Great beach stay in Pompono Beach

This property was terrific. Rooms are updated and spacious Nice to have such convenient beach access and 4 pools and hot tub Many restaurants nearby. Oceanic was beautiful on the water .
