Месторасположение отеля фантастическое. особенно когда номер с видом на океан. можно увидеть китов даже без бинокля. Персонал приветливый и может организовать все экскурсии. Great customer service by the staff here

The very nice, accommodating staff definitely made things better during our stay. For example, when the scrambled eggs were cold at breakfast, they heated them up for us . When it was impossible to get our normal-sized car into the parking spot we were given in the small parking garage, the very nice guys at the front desk gave us a better spot. Excellent hotel by the sea

We stayed there 3 nights on a short road trip across Patagonia. We arrived with no reservation (note that in Argentina we are struggling through the second wave of Covid 19 and tourism is very low) and we offered a very attractive discount. Good start for a great stay. The hotel is very clean, the room with a sea view was large, confortable and all was in good working order. I special note to the decoration. Ver colorful pictures of a local artist gave it a modern look. Location is also perfect. By the sea and close to shops and restaurants, The breakfast was very good and in general amenities were nice (including parking space) but the most remarkable side of all was the staff. Always friendly and helpful. The masseuse (Fabiana) we hired for a session was excellent and was a perfect match for a relaxing break. A bonus was that we had to leave before our 4th night due to new standing restrictions to circulation. Great hotel - top ranked 3 star

What a great hotel! Staff were super friendly and very helpful. The sea views from the front facing bedrooms are wonderful. It is simply the best 3 star hotel I have stayed in. Great location and value for money

Had a very enjoyable 3 night stay here. The staff were very friendly and helpful giving us plenty of advice on where to eat and directions to places of interest. There is free parking but you have to tell the hotel in advance that you require a space, the parking garage entrance is quite tight and has quite a large kerb on the footpath, so you have to stay towards the middle of the road when approaching the entrance, we decided it was easier to approach from the opposite side of the road. Our room was clean with plenty of wardrobe space and the bed was comfortable, the bathroom area was a good size with separate toilet bidet room. Breakfast was plentiful with a very good selection of cereals, pastries and hot food. The location is perfect opposite the sea and close to all the shops and restaurants. The hotel displays very interesting artwork by a local artist who's wife comes to the hotel in the afternoon to sell or take orders, which gives visitors from foreign countries the opportunity to purchase something unique from this area. Good hotel and location

We spent three nights at this hotel and it was a good base to explore the surrounding area. The rooms are clean and the bed extremely comfortable. However, the room was quite hot and it was a little tricky to control the temperature so we just opened the window. The staff were very helpful in arranging restaurant reservations. There was safe and secure parking, at an additional cost. There was a lot of choice for breakfast. The hotel is in a good location on the sea front and walking distance to good bars and restaurants.
