Отель недорогой, конечно, но ужасен. Плохо и громко работающий кондиционер в номере, не очень приятные полотенца и постельное белье, ужасные завтраки, таракашки бегающие по столовой, добавляют нежелательной романтики к пребыванию в этом отеле. Вид из окон на стену огромного ТЦ на против. Бассейн грязный и неприятный. Отель недорогой, конечно, но ужасен. It's been a year since my team find this 20+ years old hotel and it feels home, people work here from Front Desk officer to all staff are all accomodating. Also good job on improvement from the facade up to the rooms. very accomodating and professional services by the hotel staff, from the front office through the dining and housekeeping offices. Also, the hotel is in a very good location as it is near to almost every establishment or facility one may need on a vacation. very accomodating and professional services by the hotel staff, from the front office through the dining and housekeeping offices. average hotel

For a new hotel in Batangas They need to drastically improve The reception personnel do not understand customer service. They provided no information or the information provided was incorrect. There is no WIFI in the rooms and the WIFI in the lobby did not work all the time. The breakfast is very limited and does not suit all travellers. No local information in the rooms to give direction or restaurants in the area and don’t ask reception they don’t know. I will give high praise to the room cleaners, friendly and helpful. Pity they were not reception. I have to think that management are at fault.
