Прежде чем выбирать этот отель, убедитесь, что он вам подойдет! Мы хотели тихого отдыха! Однако, народу было много везде! Сотрудники отеля постоянно старались нам что-то продать (тур, квартиру) и это надоедало! А вот в ресторанах наоборот, сервис был НЕнавязчивый - еды ждать приходилось долго, а утром на завтрак так еще и в очереди постоять под палящим солнцем! Первые три дня приходилось просить, чтобы в ванную комнату положили шампунь и мыло! Бассейны (два) всегда были загружены сидящими там с алкоголем постояльцами. Правда полотенец хватало всем, включая жезлонги и зонты на пляже. Программы развлечений с ужином довольно примитивны и тянут на самодеятельность в худшем ее смысле. Но самое главное - нет бесплатного интернета нигде - ни в отеле, ни за его пределами! А цены на интернет просто грабительские! Так что думайте и выбирайте! Но мы туда обратно ни ногой! хороший отель за свои деньги

отдыхали 2 парами в этом отеле, океан чудесный , расположение тоже удобное, недалеко от центра городка, единственно что мы брали не полный пансион, а пользовались кухонькой в номере, благо волмарт очень близко отдыхали 2 парами в этом отеле, океан чудесный , расположение тоже удобное, недалеко от центра городка, единственно что мы брали не полный пансион, а пользовались кухонькой в номере, благо волмарт очень близко

Tremendous!

Top-notch resort right on the beach. Staff is very friendly and helpful. You have to see Lety at the Buccaneer bar by the pool. She’s either there or serving by the pool. Best server ever. I don’t know how she anticipates our needs but she does. She constantly brought us fresh drinks as we were finishing the ones we had. CAN’T WAIT TO COME BACK! Top-notch resort right on the beach. Exceptional staff, service with a smile.

All the staff are wonderful everyone is so attentive and accommodating. We were especially impressed by the pool staff, Carlos, Luis Garci, Kevin,and Miguel. These employees were exceptional. These folks hustle all day and always have a smile on their face. All the staff are wonderful everyone is so attentive and accommodating. Excellent Service

Villa del palmar is conveniently located near downtown yet far enough from the hustle and bustle. The service was outstanding from the entrance bell boy , check in desk Alejando, the sports bar restaurant waiter Alejandro and our beach server Esther. Definitely a relaxing trip. Has everything you need and functions very well.

We have stayed here many many times. They have really upped their game and made it super nice and comfortable. There is everything you need. The beds are comfortable. We love the one bedroom, 2 bath. We love the adult pool and it’s nice and warm and there is pool manager who is very nice and wants there to be chairs available and not people hoarding them for hours with just a towel and not sitting in it. The pool slide is really cool for kids and adults! There is a large jacuzzi overlooking the beach but it was full of kids and people partying pretty good in the evening so we did not use it. There are plenty of places to sit right in front and enjoy the view with your morning coffee or evening cocktail. The sports bar is huge and air conditioned with food, happy hour and a large menu. Every evening there is buffet and show offered. Shows are like Michael Jackson, Mama Mia, Lion King, Moulin Rouge, etc. It is very well done and well received. They have a sushi bar, taco bar which switches to a barbecue place at night. We like the Italian restaurant for any meal but you need a Rez for dinner for sure! The food is pretty good and you can’t beat the setting and wait staff. They have a pizza oven and you can sit and have a pizza or take - out and they are really good! The staff cleans, cleans, cleans and everything is spotless. OH, the convenience store is large and has everything including a pharmacy and gifts and pool floats and the prices are are fair. We did not do all inclusive and were impressed we didn’t get shorted or treated like we were on all inclusive with skimpy meals like other places we’ve been. I can’t think of anything negative except the lasagne at Bella California does not resemble lasagne. I knew that from before but ordered it again and it’s the same and desperately needs to be improved. We have stayed here many many times. Love!

We have been coming here for over 20 years! The waitstaff is wonderful and so is the food! My family comes every year and some of the employees are like family!!
