Bad swimming pool policy

I brought my friends and family with me and all was good until we saw that everyday a man with an infected leg using the main pool. This should have been disallowed by Pacifica out of respect for the other guests who have journeyed far to be at this property. I asked the pool staff if they can ask this man to use his private pool but nobody did anything about it, not even Carolina. The Pacifica establishment should have addressed this even without our comments. Either way, nothing was done. Pacifica Grand

We had a fabulous week at Pacifica Grand. The staff were incredibly hospitable. The food was delicious! Great relaxation! We enjoyed the view and a chance to reconnect with staff whom we have known for a number of years! We had a fabulous week at Pacifica Grand. The staff were incredibly hospitable. Didn't start out well

First time we've experienced problems at this resort. First room had plumbing issues. Beautiful suite, but loud banging all night long. Moved to an alleged upgrade...not so much. Suite closed for renovation, but it was reopened, apparently as there was no place else to put us. We weren't advised of the closed for renovation status, but it quickly became evident......right down to the non functioning jacuzzi. After complaining again, we were moved again. This time to a very nice suite. Unfortunately we spent almost half of our one week stay moving suite to suite. First time we've experienced problems at this resort. First room had plumbing issues. Home away from home

I couldn’t love this place any more! We go each year and just love it. The people who work there are outstanding and make you feel at home at all times. The food could be a bit better but it’s easy to look past it. I couldn’t love this place any more! We go each year and just love it. Love Pacifica

As always, our time at Pacifica was great! And as always, the staff was incredibly helpful and attentive. Big thanks to Celestino for his assistance with the required COVID test and for reserving a palapa for us, and to Javier and Jorge Luis for helping us acquire the accommodations we will need for family and friends to join us in the future. Looking forward to returning in a few months! As always, our time at Pacifica was great! And as always, the staff was incredibly helpful and attentive.
