Not what I hoped for

Couldn’t use the fireplace, bed was uncomfortable, only had a thin 20 year old blanket, room looked like it could use updating, really small room with a Murphy bed only, just disappointing. Dirty and musty. Dirty with no service

Carpeting is worn out, you get an uncomfortable Murphy bed with no comforter and will be told to just turn up your heat if you are cold, the blankets are thin and worn out, they don’t do room service, so you will need to walk a mile to the front desk through 4 heavy closed fire doors to get there. There are signs posted everywhere saying their fire system doesn’t work to just call 911. The place smells musty and like cigarettes smoke. You can have a fire in the fireplace, the store is a waste. DO NOT EAT at the gross restaurant and bar. They serve boxed wine!! Don’t. Stay. Here.

This property is dated, dirty, and stinks. Literally, it smells. I am bummed we wasted our money here. The bed sags in the middle. There is no signal for the tv. Our room overlooks the parking lot. Nothing but noise

The construction going on in the adjacent rooms made it impossible to have peace and quiet and relax. I rented through airbnb and wrote to them about all the noise and contacted the condo/hotel staff, who said there was nothing they could do about the construction noise. Would NOT stay here again! Good spot to stay for a few days.

Our room was very clean even though the bathroom was very old it was clean as well. We had a studio with a pull down bed. The room felt spacious and we had a nice view of the pool and pond. We enjoyed the pool and hot tubs. Usually not too crowed and it was a pleasant atmosphere. The bed was not the best so if you are real picky about where you sleep you might want to mention it to the front desk before making a reservation.
