Проживали в клубе Тарахал с 13-20 сентября 2019 . В целом отель расположен в тихом месте. Хотим отметить профессионализм администраторов на рецепшен. Отдельное спасибо Барбаре за профессиональный подход в оформлении и заселении, за доброжелательность по любому вопросу. Молодец! Бассейн на крыше и общие терассы позволяют наслаждаться видом на океан. Много зелени и душистых растений . Наш номер был с видом на сад. Перед глазами вулкан. В номере есть все необходимое. Из недостатков отеля : ДВЕРИ – по всему отелю хлопают так, что приходиться вздрагивать утром, ночью Еще уборка, которая начинается очень рано и ОЧЕНЬ громко. Хороший апартамент отель.

Место тихое. До пляжа через банановую плантацию 20м. Номера слегка устаревшие, но хорошо оборудованы. Бассейн на крыше. До магазинов пешком 20 м. Аппартаменты для двух пар

Приятный персонал на ресепшн. Быстро заселили, всё рассказали (работают до 21.00), депозит не требуют, просто просят указать номер карточки на всякий случай. Номер на втором этаже, большая кухня-гостинная, две спальни (одна с двуспальной кроватью, другая с двумя односпальными, но легко сдвигаемыми), один хороший санузел с ванной, огромный балкон с видом на океан(из-за него и выбрали). На самом верху есть бассейн, шезлонги. Уборкой не пользовались, но дружелюбный персонал приносил нам чистые полотенца и все необходимое. Единственный минус - в номере довольно прохладно. Не понравилось. В номерах очень неприятный затхлый запах. Все старое и грязное. На шторах в нашем номе было пятно крови.

Не понравилось. В номерах очень неприятный затхлый запах ( это в тех, где вид на океан). А где вид на горы, там очень душно ( солнечная сторона и нет кондиционеров). В номере грязно ( на шторах было пятно крови, дверцы шкафов тоже в пятнах какой-то грязи). Требуется ремонт номеров. Все очень обветшалое. В целом не уютно. Даже плитка напольная цветом , как в общественных туалетах. И вид на океан, к сожалению, не компенсировал все эти недостатки. Расположение также не понравилось. Получается, что ты как бы и не в самом Пуэрто живешь, а на окраине. С которой пешком очень неудобно ( подъем) и долго идти. На машине тоже ездить не удобно, тк сложно найти парковку. Вообщем написала свое мнение, тк мне жалко тех, кто выберет этот отель из-за хорошего рейтинга на букинге, как мы, и разочаруется Не понравилось. Хорошие аппарты

Отличные аппарты с шикарным видом и большим балконом. Снимали аппарты с 2 спальнями и кухней-студией. Единственное не хватало света в комнате, всего остального было в достатке. Всегда было место на парковке. Все понравилось, по запросу предоставили детскую кроватку. Рядом несколько кафе и можно пешком прогуляться до центра города. Потрясающие закаты с балкона Отличные аппарты с шикарным видом и большим балконом. Снимали аппарты с 2 спальнями и кухней-студией. Единственное не хватало света в комнате, всего остального было в достатке. Всегда было место на парковке. Все понравилось, по запросу предоставили детскую кроватку. Рядом несколько кафе и можно пешком прогуляться до центра города. Потрясающие закаты с балкона

Poor

Initially given an apartment that was very old fashioned with poorly fitting kitchen units that had ants in one and a very unpleasant smell. Front door knob very close to door frame posing a health and safety risk as fingers could become trapped trying to close door. No British TV channels apart from BBC News. Reported these issues to reception and although friendly they failed to pass our concerns on. Informed that ants expected however, they agreed to offer us an alternative apartment. Toilet cistern in second apartment not working properly and no kitchen sink stopper. Very noisy in mornings due to cleaning/maintenance from adjoining apartment. Fantastic views.

There is plenty to like about the Club Tarahal apartments, clean and spacious with a great view from the balcony up to the Volcano (which is about a 40k drive). The roof top pool may not be the biggest but has the most beautiful views out to sea and looks down on the town and it’s surfing beach. It’s not a 5 star luxury hotel but has everything you need for a good value stay. There is plenty to like about the Club Tarahal apartments, clean and spacious with a great view from the balcony up to the Volcano (which is about a 40k drive). The roof top pool may not be the biggest but has the most beautiful views out to sea and looks down on the town and it’s surfing beach. It’s not a 5 star luxury hotel but has everything you need for a good value stay.

My worst ever timeshare experience

This 'club' was probably nice once, but a long time ago. It also had a bar/restaurant once. The furniture and furnishings probably haven't been updated since it was built. It's meant to sleep up to six but really not big enough for more than 3. There's no wardrobe in the 2nd bedroom and so a cupboard in the hall doubles for both any occupants of the sofa bed and 2nd bedroom. Basic upkeep was lacking: the bathroom had black mould, the light wasn't working on the outside balcony, there were no toiletries, not even soap. In the kitchen there's no dishwasher but surprisingly a washing machine. We were given a scourer, one cloth which was meant to double as a dish cloth and tea towel and the washing up liquid had no concentration.The pool is no bigger than a private house pool. We were allowed only one key which meant we were unable to do anything separately as you need a key to enter the block as well as the apartment and the reception was closed because of covid. We were also not allowed the key for the safe deposit box so we had to carry our valuables around with us. A person called 'Barbara' was meant to be on call for us but she was totally unresponsive. To cap it all the maintenance man started blowing the leaves at 6.30 in the morning! There are a lot of restaurants and cafes on the doorstep but the nice places are at the other end of town and it took us a couple of days to discover that. We disliked it so much that we left after 4 nights. In fairness to the central office, they offered us alternative accommodation but by then we'd already booked somewhere else. Beautiful views but in need of refurbishment.

My husband and I stayed here for two weeks in December 2019. It was our first stay at the Club Tarahal, but we are regular visitors to Puerto de la Cruz and know the area well.We telephoned prior to arrival and asked if it was possible to have a ground floor apartment, preferably facing Teide (so that the balcony would be sunny). On arrival, we were told we had been allocated an apartment on the top (3rd) floor. Admittedly, it was facing Teide and had lovely views, but it was quite a climb with our luggage and then later with food and drink supplies for our stay. This accommodation is not disabled friendly at all and would not suit anyone with mobility issues. There is no lift, nor any ramps. You have to climb two flights of stairs between each level. The apartment itself was fairly spacious. The living room area had a sofa bed and one armchair as well as a dining table & four chairs. The free WiFi was pretty reliable, although oddly we found it worked better when we unplugged the router (?). We found this out by accident when it did go down on one occasion and only came back on once the router was unplugged! The kitchen was not the most well-equipped if you planned to do much cooking and there was only a small under counter fridge with an ice compartment. Many of the cupboard doors were hanging at odd angles and some of the fascia trims were falling off the units. The whole kitchen looked neglected and in need of refurbishment. The bathroom was big, with a full bath & overhead shower and was also home to a washer/dryer machine (an added bonus). The biggest disappointment was the bedroom. This was small by comparison, with twin beds and only one bedside table. To make matters worse, the table could only be accommodated at the side of one bed (i.e. not in the middle). The bedspreads were musty smelling, old, worn and stained and very much in need of replacement. There is one small rooftop pool with a few sunloungers which is woefully inadequate for the number of guests. Reception kept office hours and was shut at 6pm. Thereafter the front door was locked and you had to use another key to gain access. The reception staff were unfailingly friendly. We did have an issue on arrival (aside from being allocated a top floor apartment) when we were advised that not only did we have to pay a deposit for pool towels (as is the norm) but that there was also a non-refundable laundry charge for each towel used!! Given that we had enquired about pool towels prior to arrival and this wasn't mentioned, the laundry charge was waived (it had apparently only just been introduced). I have never heard of such a charge before in my many years of staying in hotels & apartments! Overall, for what we paid for the two weeks, the Club Tarahal did offer reasonable value for money.
