Nice Hotel/restaurant

Nice place. We parked in the back so we were greeted by the bartender who checked us in. He spoke very limited English. The bed was very uncomfortable so we drove to IKEA the next morning in Innsbruck to purchase extra pillows and bedding. We had breakfast in the restaurant a couple of mornings but the employees did not appear to speak English. I just presented my credit card. I checked out at the front office that was behind a closed door. The person at the desk did not speak English and had to call someone to translate. Nice place. Wonderful location in the Seefeld region

We were pleasantly surprised with the size of the unit. It was certainly larger than anticipated and is located in a wonderful area in the Seefeld region. We experienced similar issues to other reviews - needing our RCI print out, difficulties finding it etc., but were able to navigate the same based on the helpful advice of others! Thank you! The manager of the property isn't with RCI specifically and also manages the hotel and restaurant. He is very unpleasant and grumpy - which made the check-in a tad unsettling. But after settling into our unit and experiencing the beauty of the surrounding region, we were able to put him out of our minds! We were pleasantly surprised with the size of the unit. Great setting...rustic accomodation

I have only used two other properties in Germany so my comments are restricted by that, but this property was below the standard I had expected after being in the others. Restaurant was pretty representative of the area. Do not accept room 23!

The bed is terrible (supported by two little table), the furniture worn, the apartment facing to the international road and noisy therefore. Ask a room on the opposite side! The fan in the bathroom is noisy like a coffee mill. Since the apartment is located in the roof, one part of the ceiling is lower then your head. We have had an additional problem, that the guest one level below was a chain-smoker, and the smoke come up to our terrace, therefore we were not able to use it. It was not at all RCI quality. Lovely place to stay

We stayed here one night whilst traveling through Austria.The rooms had plenty of space and bathroom and small kitchen were good. We had a lovely smörgåsbord breakfast with a good variety of food.
