Первое знакомство с Сардинией.

Резиденция имеет все нужное для жилья- комната, патио, кухня. Номера чистые, в минималистическом эконом классе. Есть вся посуда- для абсолютного эконом отдыха. На територии есть пиццерия, бар, магазины с водой. Резиденция расчитана на семейный отдых- 90% итальянцы с детьми, 10% пенсионеры. Не приятный сюрприз- оплата за постельное белье 25 евро, за анимацию 25 евро, уборка 20 евро. Будьте внимательны. В это место нужно ехать только на машине, автобус ходит слишком редко. Машина дает свободу передвижения. Заявленные 2 км до пляжа в реальности 5-7 км (куньяна находится на горе- только спуск к трассе займет 30 минут, а там вдоль трассы, потому что внизу яхтенные стоянки). Стоимость доступа Wi-fi 5 евро на неделю. Самый лучший пляж который нам понравился Baja Sardinia (если есть возможость, останавливайтесь лучше там-далеко-25-30км наверно). Самый близкий пляж который нам понравился Spiaggia Rene Bianco. Мой любимый Spiaggia la Celvia. Ресторан-первый на лево по трассе- мы назвали "у лысого". Советуем. Not recommended

This resort is located in a beautiful forest just above a beautiful see spot. It is isolated so the resort should provide above average comfort and some entertainment. They fail in both fields. The rooms are small and crowded with hardly any maintenance. You feel almost like in a tent. There are some entertainment teams but they lack a minimum degree of professionalism and everything they do is so boring... The restaurant on site sells some pasta and some pizza. Nothing else. Some music is played in the evening but if you don't have anything decent to eat you cannot enjoy the music. If you decide to take your car (the only possible transportation) you have to come back early because otherwise you have to get out of your car walk about 300m and look for the concierge that is somewhere in the resort and has the entrance key. The staff is no more than OK. The only thing we could really enjoy were the 2 mini markets on the site. We could buy excellent food and we enjoyed the chat with the nice owners of the shop. In conclusion you may visit this resort only as a family with kids and only if you agree with cooking by yourself in a minimal kitchen. NOT CONSIDERATE TO THE CLIENTS

Holiday from hell

Arrived to find it almost deserted Reception locked Had to find somebody No one spoke English No assistance with heavy bags Lots of steps to any of the villla rooms Basic room resembling a 60 s style Butlins chalet No oven. no kettle. no microwave Had to turn off boiler with a wooden spoon if used any electricity !! Taken to dark shed with fuse box and shown hoe to re set if fused !!!had to make own beds Sheets were stained and dirty - shower bidet toilet filthy Litter graffitti outside and in corridor area In middle of nowhere it suggests a car !!(a car is ESSENTIAL to get off the complex) Pool only open 10am to 6pm and when they chose to openOnly one restaurant on site and it closed for the season 3 days into our holiday !! (we cut our losses and paid moved to a 5 * hotel in Olbia ) No cleaner went in al week No fresh towels or sheets provided all week 2 small electric hobs to cook on boiled water in a small saucepan (Yet advertsed as self catering !!)On departure we had to take all our rubbish from room to the re cycling bins nand sort into glass plastic etc etc No on site entertainment no menu or signage in English All in Italian and impossible to communicate anything No local bus or way to get 5 miles to Porto Rotunda without a car (50 euros in a taxi ) So stuck in a concrete Colditz with limited activity 3 mile round walk up down a very steep hill to any where off the complex !!Totally disappointing holiday and marred the beautiful island of Sardinia Arrived to find it almost deserted Reception locked Had to find somebody No one spoke English No assistance with heavy bags Lots of steps to any of the villla rooms Basic room resembling a 60 s style Butlins chalet No oven. no kettle. no microwave Had to turn off boiler with a wooden spoon if used any electricity !! The worst experience of our life. DO NOT COME!

We were 8 people. We arrived at the reception to check in and there was a little surprise: we had to pay OBLIGATORY €626 extra (apart from the €83 of taxes that also children had to pay). The concept of this money was not an spa session, it was for light, water, bedsheets, animation and the use of the swimming pool, and IT WAS NOT WRITTEN IN THE CONFIRMATION OF THE RESERVATION, so you PAY AND YOU DO NOT KNOW ABOUT THIS UNTIL YOU ARRIVE THERE. Everything was obligatory to pay, we didn't want to go to the swimming pool, or take part of the animation, we only wanted to go to the beach every day, and they obligated us to pay that amount of money if we wanted the keys of the apartment. It was really disappointing the whole thing. Also, the staff was really really rude, the worst people I have talked with in my life. They didn't give any explanation. We were there 4 hours with children, without eating trying to get an agreement but they didn't want to listen, they only wanted the money. Later, they turned the air conditioner off, so that we leave but of course we did not. We were so tired of arguing that we called the police and it took 30 minutes for them to come. We thought we were going to end with this but that was another joke, the police was on their side just because they were italian and we were not. They were laughing in front of us, thinking that we didn't understand a word but of course we did, we don't speak Italian but we understand EVERYTHING and it was maddening. Apart from all this awful things, when we finally payed we went to the apartment and it was the drop that fills the glass. It was really big, which is good, but it was a DISASTER. You can look at the pictures and see what I am talking about. Also, there was no cutlery (3 spoons and 3 knifes for 8 people), we didn't get the bedsheets we had payed for, one bed was broken, the towels for the shower were APART from all that money... and lots lots of bad things that I would never finish explaining... To sum up, a COMPLETE DISASTER. We were 8 people.
