Very basic

There is no actual queen bed , there is one bunk bed and a sofa that converted to two single beds. You can push them together but it’s not very comfortable since every time you move they separate. They do not give you anything, no shampoo or even toilet paper, you have to buy your own TP soap , shampoo. The location is good but you have to have a car and a very small car since the car elevator is super small. The view from our room was fabulous, the only reason I gave it more than one star. The shower head had a loose screw and when I ask the front to fix it they told me to use it as a hand held so I asked them for a screw driver and fixed it myself in less than 30 seconds. There is absolutely no service provided. There is nothing in walking distance. The closest restaurant or store is 30 min drive. This area though is amazingly beautiful the villages around are worth staying there for a cheap stay and spending your days driving around. There is not much to do at night so be prepared to go to bed early and head out. Bring your own coffee and filter, none provided. Beautifully located resort, friendly service, safety and comfort. Near Monaco and Menton. Clean rooms, kitchen equipped with everything you need. great visit

My wife and I stayed here for a week in September 2019. The staff is very helpful. Plenty of parking in the underground garage, but you have to get used to the car elevator. The resort charges for electricity use and there is no visit by staff for cleanliness. The resort has no motivation to change out the hot and energy inefficient incandescent light bulbs for cooler and energy efficient LEB bulbs. There is no restaurant or grocery within walking distance. Delivery options require euros. Had to keep windows open to save electricity, but that made people in the parking lot noisy. Great Location

The views and proximity to places of interest were good and the staff was very friendly. Parking was a bit of a challenge, so I recommend renting a small car! That being said, the train was also very convenient, especially for visiting Monaco. The only real drawback was the lack of air conditioning. The small in room unit was not very adequate. Great Location, Wonderful views!

The location of this resort was great. About a 10 minute walk to the train station, but it is hilly, so be prepared! Our room was clean and comfortable for our stay, but the best part was the view from the balcony! Wow! The resort staff was so friendly and personable, we wished we could have stayed longer. Very close to Monaco and even Italy is within reach via train. This was a great spot to set as a base to explore the area!
