Очень хорошо. В номере чисто, уютно, красиво, все продумано. Вокруг чудесная природа: березки, рябинки, зайцы скачут, грибы растут, горы шотландские. .. Тишина. Красота. Для закупки продуктов недалеко супермаркет Tesco. Очень хорошо. В номере чисто, уютно, красиво, все продумано. Over cautious

Not able to visit last year, they have brought in some covid - based changes since we last visited. They obviously think that everyone has a smart phone as they have taken away all the instructions and booklets. Reception is closed and the only way to contact them is by phone but there are no instructions in the apartments how to do this. There are new thermostats for the central heating but no instructions on how to turn them down or off, eventually we found the master switches in a cupboard. As we had been before we knew what to do in the apartments but could have been less than happy. There are discounts available in the area for visitors but you have no idea where. A further example of covid cautiousness is that the laundry is currently closed, not even a booking system or limited entry but at least the site is open and safe. The apartments are starting to look in need of a refreshment particularly a paint on the outside balconies. One problem this time were those people defying the rule to keep dogs on a lead - but no way of complaining. Hopefully this year was just a blip. Mid-week getaway

Like so many others our plans have changed this year so we decided to stay close to home and spend a few days in a villa in Aviemore. The only glitch was on arrival, there was no door key in the coded security box, but this was quickly rectified by reception. The accommodation was very well maintained and spotless with everything needed included for our stay. We went self catering and had no trouble as there are a couple of supermarkets within easy walking distance and as already stated the place was very well equipped. I would be very happy to return to here and would recommend it highly.. Lovely little resort in great location

Quite a small compact resort located only a few minutes walk from the centre of Aviemore with great access to shops, supermarkets and cafes/bars etc plus plenty of local walks and activities. Our 2-bed unit was a good size and very comfortable although getting a bit 'tired'. Little direct contact with staff due to COVID-19 but the check-in/out was very slick and prompt responses to any queries by email and phone. Disappointing. Could do a lot better

We drove down from Orkney to arrive at our pre notified time of 15:00 - 17:00 only to arrive at 16:00 to find the gates closed with a notice that there was no entry until 17:00. No communication whatsoever about this change. We could have enjoyed the views in the highlands a little more if we had known. COULD HAVE BEEN AVOIDED WITH BETTER COMMUNICATION. We were in a block of 18 units that only had 10 parking places. Obviosly designed for profit rather than customer convenience. Overflow carpark was also full. Room was well equipped, comfortable and clean with terrace which we could not sit out on and enjoy a glass of wine because of the noise of the A9 behind the trees. All comms were done via text which is fine until the screen packed up on my phone so I could not access any of the info provided. Would have been better if done via e mail. Overheard a couple complaining about having to pay for the electricity so then got a tad concerned. No staff around to clarify this as reception closed and no answer on phone numbers provided for contact. After dropping keys off at 7am (without paying for electricity used) as had a long drive I eventually made contact after I arrived home to be told electricity charges do not apply if booked through booking.com.....relief......BUT THIS CONFUSION COULD HAVE BEEN AVOIDED WITH BETTER COMMUNICATION.
