Clean, great staff, nice room

Title says it all. The new Chedraui supermarket (affiliated with Safeway?) that's virtually around the corner is a huge plus. Drawbacks; 20 minute ride to downtown and the hotel next store that blares REALLY loud music all day. Bring US toilet paper! Title says it all. Penthouse stay

Great place. The penthouse is amazing. 4 br 4.5 bath. Private hot tub. The staff is friendly and amazing. Ocean views galore. Love it. Happy hour every day from 5 to 7. Very quiet due to Covid 19. But I like the quiet. Grocery store just around the corner. Less then 5 minutes walk. Costco 1.4 miles away. Umber ride for around 60 pesos. Ueber from airport to here around 50 pesos. Great place. Many good points.

Two blocks south of the Cruise ship terminal which is across the street from Walmart. It's right behind the Sariana. Welcome home is the sign on the wall and they ask beer or water while you check in no wait, no delays just kindness and quick service. The rooms is great and very comfortable with a fully stocked kitchen. Beach, swimming, great. From the beach we saw whales. Many nights fireworks. We rented a car through the hotel and also a whale watching trip. Prices were great and it was efficient. The whale watching was very well done, zodiac, saw lots of whales. Would love to go back. Better Weather!

We visit this great spot every year. Staff is the best. Rooms are extra large. Location is perfect. Happy Hour every day from 5 to 7. Most guests stay a month or more in the winter. Nice place

We were staying in Nuevo Vallarta and decided to try out the Vallarta Torre to be closer to downtown Puerto Vallarta. Our stay was bonus time in room 607 which is a one bedroom unit on the 6th floor of the main building. My first impression is that we were in an older area of PV because the road out front is cobble stone. Parking is on the street. There is resort staff to help with luggage. The courtyard is nice with mature trees and vegetation as this an older resort. While the outside of the resort looks 80ish the rooms have been renovated. Check in was fast and easy. As we entered our room we noticed that the air conditioner was working. It is a newer mini-split air conditioner that has a unit in the bedroom and living room. The ocean view and sun would be a problem if not for the quiet air conditioning. The bedroom is very nice with newer bed and nice linens. The king bed is very comfortable. There is a flat screen tv in the bedroom along with other expected bedroom furnishings. The bathroom is very nice with very nice towels and supplies. There is no bath tub and the walk in shower is very large with a built in seat at the far end. Water pressure was great. Towels felt new. The kitchen is a full kitchen with a gas stove and oven. All of the counter tops are marble. All of the expected things needed to cook were in in good working order. The coffee pot is a Mr Coffee type needing coffee filters. There is also a toaster, blender and all kinds of pots and pans. The refrigerator is full size. There is a dishwasher. The living area is nicely furnished. Internet is fast. Tv and dvd player work well. There is a murphy bed with a 6 - 8 inch mattress on it. Table and four chairs, safe and couch with matching chair. Outside the patio door is a great view of the ocean and beach. This resort was built very close to the beach. The deck has a small table with chairs and a cloths rack. The resort has a small swimming pool, hot tubs and games like shuffle board and ping pong. People played water polo daily. There is an activity director that keeps things fun. The outdoor towels are numbered and must be returned before check out. There is a pool bar overlooking the beach that is alot of fun. The restaurant on property is called Jardine and serves very good food at reasonable prices. All of the staff at this resort are very attentive and make you feel like you really good. The beach in front of the resort is equipped with lounge chairs, chairs and palapalas. Pretty nice. The one thing we noticed is most of the clientele was older than us and we are just hitting 60. Most of these people have been coming back to this resort every year for weeks at a time. It is a popular destination for retired snowbirds. We like the place well enough to possibly go back.
