Отель замечательный, классный вид на море, вкусная еда. Очень приветливый стаф, всегда готовы помочь по любой проблеме. Надеюсь ещё раз вернуться сюда! Все обязательно рекомендую здесь отдохнуть. Отпуск в феврале в солнечном Тайланде

Замечательный отель, очень уютный! КЛАССНЫЙ СЕРВИС! Трансферы до пляжа организованны, а также проезд до номера и обратно в Лобби. Питание хорошее Швецкий стол.Уборка в уютном номере с лоджией каждый день. Отзывчивый весь персонал в отеле. Отпуск удался в Тайланде, Спасибо!!! Замечательный отель, очень уютный! КЛАССНЫЙ СЕРВИС! Отлично!!

Все отличное, номер отличный, до моря хрен дойдёшь, но доехать за 5 минут. Персонал ОК!!! Завтрак супер, наешься от души, номер сегодня убрали, полотенца поменяли, воду поставили. Шикарные выходные!

Отдыхала в отеле в январе. Очень понравилось! Хорошие номера, с фантастическим видом на море. Гольф кар возят от номера, к ресепшн. Завтраки разнообразные и вкусные. На пляжи есть бесплатные трансферы. Ездила на экскурсии от Библио Глобус. Провинция Краби, это невероятно! Острова тоже супер. Отдыхала в отеле в январе. Очень понравилось! Хорошие номера, с фантастическим видом на море. Гольф кар возят от номера, к ресепшн. Завтраки разнообразные и вкусные. На пляжи есть бесплатные трансферы. Ездила на экскурсии от Библио Глобус. Провинция Краби, это невероятно! Острова тоже супер.

2 star accommodation.

Really bad place. Old and crappy. There are much better places in the same price category. Had a ocean view room. Ocean was very far, had a view of old roofs. Crappy pool. Happy family stay

Breakfast is so tasty and many kind of food.I like all service of staff and the barcony in the room is very clearly seaview.Nat always recomend me for the better choice where I want to go.Thanks all staff and I will be here with my family again here for sure. Not worth the price!! RUDE staff !!

We stayed 3 nights here. On our first night our air con wasn’t working just blowing out hot air, we phoned reception and they sent an engineer to have a look, finally 1 HOUR 15 minutes later it was just about fixed after much hassle and complaining. We still weren’t happy as reception had been quite rude and the air con still wasn’t as cold as should’ve been so asked to switch rooms, they said yes and gave us a tiny downgraded room!! we said no as we’d paid for a Superior sea view villa! The receptionist then tried to say that they’d ‘upgraded’ us already with the first room we were in!!!!! There was a sign in the first room saying welcome to your superior sea view villa! They had NOT upgraded us at all! So we refused the second room as not what we paid for and went back to first room with rubbish air con. Reception staff SO rude over the phone and trying to mug us off saying they gave us an upgrade, insulting our intelligence!!! No one asked how our stay was or anything when we left nor did they check in with us to make sure air con was okay. Absolutely shocking customer service. Only member of staff that deserves praise is the lovely lady cleaner who was so friendly and polite!! I would not recommend this hotel as you could get cheaper better hotel elsewhere. Nice honeymoon

I just married with my wife 2 weeks ago and I am very happy when I stay here for my honeymoon time because of the view at the barcony is so amazing and breakfast is so variety and delicious also.I will be here again for sure. DONT.BOOK. Please dont ruin your vacation!

Please dont get scammed, its a rundown old place, it might be a successful hotel once but not anymore. You can get way way better hotels for this price. We arrived late, sent to our room by buggy. The room was located next to a store room, and in front of a big moldy rocks. Entered our room, it was more like a motel, the toilet was like a public toilet and the bed was hard as a rock. Since we were tired, we dont want to make a fuss, we switched on the A/C, for the next 30 mins it was just blowing air. HOT AIR. called reception, they sent a maintaince guy who lietrally did nothing and he said he will come back, never did. Called again, no one bothered to come, called again as the room was so stuffy and the smell of old mouldy furniture was in the air. another maintainance guy came and did not even check but he said the A/C is working fine. we were so so tired to even argue with them, we went to bed, it was stuffy, sweaty. the next day breakfast was just basic friend rice, friend noodles. It was fine with us, went to the reception asked them for a refund of the second night as we really dont want to stay they, the receptionist was not helpful she was just reading the cancellation policy, then she said she can change the room, but only same room category not the ones with seaview. It was totally fine with us as we are not looking for a FREE UPGRADE, just a room we paid for, not some run down spooky room. Then we asked again if refund is possible instead as we really dont like the attitude of the receptionist, she said will check with the manager and she did not, repeated the same answer. Since we had no choice, we went and check the second room , it was way better than the room they provided to us at first. so if only we did not make noise, we will be staying in that spooky room. so are they trying their luck to see which customer will not make an issue? and the pool, the tiles were broken with sharp edges, and it does not look anything like in the pictures. Dont get cheated, there are many other hotels. way cheaper and way better.I always travel to Phuket but this is the first time i had a bad stay.
