Находится в центре города . Номер чистый уютный не большой , убирали и по просьбе меняли полотенца каждый день. Вид из окна на улицу - проезжаю часть , но шум не беспокоил . Есть кондиционер , Вай фай. Цена соответствует качеству. Рядом с апартаментами много различных магазинов , ресторанов , кафе Находится в центре города . Pleasant stay

Great room, nice and quiet. Staff very friendly and efficient. Bathroom a bit small but ok.,good location for where we needed to go. Parking a bit expensive but convenient. Really poor quality.

Really, really poor accommodation. Bathroom made the dodgy Bali hotels seem first class. The shower, toilet, sink was the length of the bed. No shelf over sink, but all above the toilet and shower head was fixed to a steel pole about 8 inches away from the shower curtain. One small cake of soap to use for showering and hand basin. Bed was a lumpy V, so both people rolled into the middle. TV was a 32inch at the other end of the room, so hard to watch in bed, and the scenic window view was of the hallway. I went to check out the gym, pool and sauna. Discovered you need a seperate card to access this area so got this from reception. The pool was out of order, the gym had poor cheap equipment, and 1 machine was taped out of order and the sauna was turned off and cold. Oaks Melbourne on Collins Hotel

Hotel is in a perfect location and within walking distance to many restaurants. Room was very clean and tidy, felt very comfortable staying here. Hotel reception were friendly and helpful, and also allowed us to store luggage at reception as we were early for check in. Would not come here again

The shower floor drain was either broken or poorly designed as I jammed a toe in between it as it moved up and down like a sea saw. My bed sheets had stains on them and there were no extra pillows or blankets in the room. Below average room for an average price

For the price I paid, I was very underwhelmed with this room. I understood that I would be paying less for a room with no view, but here’s what the room also DID NOT have: - proper ventilation for the tiny ensuite - no coffee or tea mugs [I had to drink my coffee from a wine glass] - nothing stocked at all [not even a bottle of water] - no USB power connection points [I had to charge my phone via the back of the wall TV] - no couch pillows - no clock [I guess not that important with everyone having phones these days]. The ensuite is super tiny and super basic. I had to get ready in the room instead of the bathroom. It also just didn’t feel clean, maybe because it’s a bit dated. Stay here if you’re happy with just a room, no frills at all and if it’s cheaper than alternatives. I stayed here purely out of convenience because I now live in a regional city and had to travel in to the city for work, but won’t again unless I stay in a different room.
