Over-priced for what you get

We stayed 4 nights for a needed get away. This place could be awesome after a bit of TLC. The carpets are frayed. The tiles above the water in the pool are scummy. Some of the pillows need throwing out. You get 1 teaspoon. A very small supply of tea bags and sugar. Considering they only do breakfast on the weekends, some cutlery and crockery would be good. We all can't afford to eat breakfast over the road. The location is excellent. We stayed 4 nights for a needed get away. This place could be awesome after a bit of TLC. The carpets are frayed. Amazing location

Fantastic resort, sadly the rooms do need a good paint and clean. The doors would not lock and curtains falling of tracks., furniture could do with updating. Would not take much to change from being average to great. Fantastic location and easily accessible parking. Sadly on Sundays all staff seem to forget how to work. Where u r meant to put used pool towels is locked so towels left on ground, glasses and dishes not cleared, understand this is run by separate entity but there was plenty of staff but they kept walking past with out clearing. Poor outdated accommodation

Avoid this place if you don't want to stay in a very small room. Not big enough for one and three of us were booked to stay for 2 nights. Terrible accommodation that needs some rather urgently maintenance done. Dirty shower and very stained vanity. Double bed with terrible pillows. The only thing that was okay about it was the pool area. Don't bother going to the Surf Fair Beach Hotel unless you just want to have a leisurely drink in the afternoon before dinner as the food is terrible. My husbands pasta wasn't cooked and he tried telling the waitress but she didn't care. She took his plate away and never returned. Its a roughy and charges for meals are at restaurant prices. Didn't live up to expectations!

Mid week getaway, kid free, we thought we'd treat ourselves! Guest service was very average and after mentioning we were staying for a special occasion there were no complimentary upgrades. Instead we got a dusty room which was stuffy, noticeably stained carpets and hard/ high pillows which were not comfy. The thing we liked most was the lagoon style pool and remote roll up blinds in the room!! Probably wouldn't stay there again. Mid week getaway, kid free, we thought we'd treat ourselves! Need to lower prices

Stay here a lot but getting too expensive for the size & quality of hotel room. Badly stained carpet and squeeze tight room at around $180pn just too much! The saving grace was pool temp which had chill off it otherwise I wouldn't stay. Stay here a lot but getting too expensive for the size & quality of hotel room.
