Отель красивый, отношение ужасное.

Дополняю отзыв Зинаиды Вагиной, моя мама . Что хорошего в отеле: большая зелёная территория, чисто, расположение отеля недалеко от аэропорта , рядом маспаломас, магазины, набережная, пляжи. Очень вкусная кухня. С горничными дружили, поэтому номера убирали хорошо. Отдельное спасибо Марте :) Что плохого “—“ : двойная оплата- это нонсенс просто. Оплатили с одной карты в августе 2600€. Карта закончилась, перевыпустили новую. При заселении в январе, на ресепшн сказали - нужна карта которой оплачивали, объясняем ,что той карты нет, закончилась. Как и в отзыве Ларисы, требовали ВТОРОЙ РАЗ ОПЛАЧИВАТЬ 2600€!!! Ужас Дополняю отзыв Зинаиды Вагиной, моя мама . Неприятности в отеле

Мы попали в такую же ситуацию как Лариса (предыдущий отзыв). Оплачивала отель в августе 2019, 2 нед, все включено. День рождения дочери поехали отметить. При заселении так же попросили карту с которой были списаны деньги. Августовсеую оплату они видели,деньги к ним поступили 15.08.2019 г., но нас не заселяли до тех пор пока мы не оплатили отель ЕЩЕ РАЗ!!! И никакие уговоры не помогли, директор к нам даже НЕ ВЫШЕЛ! В результате мне через три дня вернули на карту первый, августовский платеж, но на комиссии банка и курсе евро потеряно почти 700 евро!!! На острове не первый раз, отдыхали в сети отелей Глория, никаких проблем с оплатой не было! Это не пятерка. Не грамотные менеджеры.

Отель был оплачен через агенство. При заселении потребовали карту, которой оплачивался номер в отеле. Мы им объяснили, что оплачивал агент и его Карты у нас нет. Мы вообще оплачивали по безналу на агенство. Менеджер говорит Да, номер оплачен. Но я Вас заселить не могу. Нужна карта, которой оплачивали. Странно. Но такое первый раз. В итоге пришлось сново оплатить, но уже на рецепции одну ночь, что бы не спать на улице. Утром будем звонить в агенство. Зашли в номер и ужаснулись. Это не пятёрка, даже на троечку еле еле тянет. Очень грязно. Гель для душа, шампунь прикручены к стене. Есть беде, но мыла нет. Надо бегать за гелем в ванную. Полотенца застиранные и рваные. Халатов нет. Просто жуть. И ещё за это оплатили дважды. Спокойный отдых в уютном и тихом отеле у океана

Романтический отдых в хорошо обустроенном отеле с обилием зеленых насаждений, близким пляжем, отличным питанием и напитками, сервисом. Учтивый и доброжелательный персонал. Meliá Tamarindos хорош и просто супер!

Для отличного пляжного отдыха, для этого есть большая зеленая территория, хороший глубокий бассейн и пляж Сан-Агустин за калиткой отеля. Если есть возможность размещение выбирайте только LEVEL, а номер с видом на океан и сад, где по утрам поют чудесные птички. overall very good

The general experience was very good. Our bags were delayed by the Airline/Airport. The Check in staff were very helpful in dealing with this and called the airport on our behalf as our Spanish is not fluent. Most of the reception staff were great, however, some reception staff very not greatly helpful. The staff serving in restaurants, bars and elsewhere were excellent though. Hence the 'excellent" for the service. Food for vegetarians and vegans could be a bit more imaginative. I mainly ate pasta and pizza. Having said that, when asked , the cooking staff did make special vegetarian food. It is just a hassle to have to ask all the time. If you like bread and salad, you will love the food. There was a huge range of salad, fruit, breads,cheeses etc, so even with being a vegetarian, there was no risk of going hungry. The general experience was very good. Nice hotel. Excellent People

Well located hotel. In front of the beach. With supermarkets, hospital etc around. The hotel needs to be renewed and they are do it since now. Very well prepared and implemented with the covid measures. Food ok. Can be better to be honest but was fine. But the best of this hotel is the people. Best customer service. Kudos for the employees! What a great place!

My friend and I came away for a week of sunshine and relaxation and that’s exactly what we got! We have enjoyed every minute. We opted for LEVEL all inclusive which gave us everything we needed from a comfortable twin room, endless food, cocktails by the pool, sea literally on the doorstep, easy walk into town, decent fizz at dinner, entertainment, a sea view and opted for brilliant spa facilities all very well covid controlled and made safe. Our daily routine consisted of breakfast at Bar Tara (the omelettes are amazing) being looked after by the wonderful Claudia, Toni & Melian who are so hardworking. Aqua-gym in the pool was hilarious, being led by the most upbeat instructors Joao and Juanki who were just brilliant fun. They had good workout routines with some crazy dancing. We had lunch either at pool bar which had a limited selection, but tuna salad or burger & chips suited us fine or in the main restaurant for an extensive menu then dinner which gave us a good selection of tasty food with a different theme each evening. Spa - We treated ourselves to a massage and facial at the spa - Maria Jose was incredible at Swedish massage and very professional. Pool Bar- Big shout out to our favourite boys Alejandro and Pedro at Bar Tara who are amazing! They work so hard and managed to keep us topped up with gin & tonic every evening - they made us feel so welcome. We both felt the staff made the holiday so thank you hotel Melia Tamarindos for a wonderful stay and wish you all the best with the rebuild. Great hotel.

Really love the hotel, the area at and around the hotel is perfect. The rooms are nice, decent size but a hard bed. The staff is amazing, everybody is friendly and they aim to please. Have to point out Alejandro a waiter from Tara bar, he deserves a raise! The only thing I wished would be better is the food. Same thing to many times, other than that. 5⭐️ Really love the hotel, the area at and around the hotel is perfect. The rooms are nice, decent size but a hard bed. A wonderful stay!

It has been the third visit now and we will be coming back again! Big thanks to Nisamar, Raquel, Nadia and the whole team for making our stay fabulous! Great activities for adults and children, the aquagym was great fun! Also the food was fabulous, and the Level is outstanding! Congratulations to all of the staff who made our holiday perfect!
