FAMILY VACATION RUINED.

Signed up for the $200 4 days 3 night package with club vacations. Booked the dates for our stay over the phone for this location. Come the night before our stay I call to confirm everything was still good for our stay, I was informed for the first time those dates weren’t available!! After a long phone call I was simply told there was nothing they could do and I should of received some kind of notification telling me those dates were kicked back as not available anymore. Meanwhile we are all packed up, dog boarder is booked and paid for, taken a week off from work and our excitement for a family get away crushed. Not once did I receive anything stating those dates were no longer available after booking our stay. Not a phone call or email. Good Location Beautiful Resort

This is a nice resort in a good location. The room was clean and we had a nice view. The staff was very friendly. Check in was a mess, we got there about 15 minutes early and after getting through check in our room was not ready for about 45 minutes. We had to do a 1 hour timeshare presentation, we are already owners so we thought no big deal. Our appt. was at 8:30am. We were told to be there 15 minutes early, and we were, at 8:45 they came and got us for our presentation, by then we had already decided that they did not care about our time and we were going to decline any offer they had. This is a nice resort in a good location. The room was clean and we had a nice view. The staff was very friendly. Mini Vacation

Booked one of their mini vacations. We are owners in the resort. Was not told our reservations were at a Holiday Inn Express in Pigeon Forge until they called to confirm our reservations. Told them we needed a handicapped room as my husband’s right leg and hip have been amputated. They said they would request that but could not guarantee it. We have an owners meeting at 9:00 the morning after we arrive at the resort in Gatlinburg. Traffic is terrible between to the two locations. It’s 10.6 miles and takes an hour and 20 minutes. I asked what would happen if we were late getting to the meeting. Response was we would be considered “no shows” and charged $99. This is a scam!! Don’t get involved! TN getaway

Very nice room & accommodations, friendly staff. Gatlinburg was great & the Smokey Mountains were awesome! Should be on everyone's bucket list! We would return to this facility if the opportunity was available. Very nice room & accommodations, friendly staff. Gatlinburg was great & the Smokey Mountains were awesome! Holiday Inn Club Vacations and COVID

Pre-COVID, we (2 senior citizens) bought a package to be used in the Smoky Mountains. When COVID came, the dates for using the package were extended a number of times, which we appreciated. We then were told that we needed to use it by 12/31/21, so, with COVID rates declining, booked a fall color trip to the Smokies at the Glenstone Lodge. Now COVID rates have risen drastically due to the Delta variant, and Glenstone Lodge informed us that they do not require employees to be vaccinated, nor to wear masks. Unbelievable. I called Holiday Inn Club Vacations and was told that Holiday Inns have to follow the guidelines of the state, which is not true. Many companies which operate across state lines are mandating vaccinations for their employees. Holiday Inn should be ashamed. They said that we can extend till 2/22, but that does not help, as we are looking for a safe environment, which this is not. We cancelled and lost our money. It is better to lose money than our health, or the health of our grandkids who we are with frequently and who are too young to be vaccinated. Stay away from places that do not care about your health.
