This was the worst vacations, hotel is really old, bed was broken, ants in the room. How is this all inclusive since nothing is available, snacks just for a few hours and limited, restaurants if you have luck and can make a reservation. Dream trip

I was in San Andres in 2017, i had had an experience in this hotel chain, but in a different hotel, that was the second time that i visited San Andres. Was a so beautiful experience with my family, the atention was something very admirable and nice, the food was special and delicious, the intallations are amazing, very comfortable. The hotel have a lot of activities to do; in the night, you can go to the nightclubs, enjoy a delicious dinner, or just chill in the beach. In the day, you can diving, rent a boat, enjoy the pool, etc I was in San Andres in 2017, i had had an experience in this hotel chain, but in a different hotel, that was the second time that i visited San Andres. Was a so beautiful experience with my family, the atention was something very admirable and nice, the food was special and delicious, the intallations are amazing, very comfortable. The hotel have a lot of activities to do; in the night, you can go to the nightclubs, enjoy a delicious dinner, or just chill in the beach. Not your 4 star resort

Stayed here for 5 days thinking that with Covid, an all-inclusive would be convenient. But it wasn’t. You have to wake up early to TRY to score an res for dinner at 1 of the restaurants. I don’t know why considering that the food was blah. Nothing like we anticipated at a resort that is advertised as 4+ stars. We ended up eating outside for real Colombian food & flavor. The hotel is dated. It dated in the 80’s/90’s. No elevators for most rooms & one restaurant. I’ve stayed in all-inclusives in Cancun & Turks & Caicos where The kitchen was available at all hours. Here you had to make sure that you remembered the hours or you wouldn’t be able to eat. We weren’t able to remove food to take to our room(s). Mind you some staff was super nice, some you knew were miserable being there just by their attitudes. We went to check out the show and noticed throw up in the pool. And pool swimming around it. The hotel was close enough to walk to Amazing restaurants, bars & shopping. The island itself was stunning & im planning on returning & even though a little further from el centro, stay at Coco Plum or Reina de mar. Make sure you check in early in an attempt to snag an ocean view, or you’ll be stuck staring at the balcony of the tower directly across. The views and design of the resort is amazing. My experience in the hotel

I was in San Andres Island in January in this year, that’s was my first time in this place and I loved it. In San Andres you can find a lot of interesting things, in this place you could meet the pirate Morgan’s cave and learn about pirate Morgan and his legend, if you like water activities, in San Andres you can dive, or you can go to the aquarium. When I was in San Andres, I stayed at the Decameron Aquarium Hotel, I loved this hotel, the food was delicious, the staff were very attentive also this hotel has a beautiful view. At night, the hotel offers three different restaurant options to eat (Italian food, Oriental food and Seafood) also they offers shows about music dance or aerobics. The activities that I did were a complete tour to the island, land and water excursion, also I was in the sea with my parents and my brothers. In conclusion, absolutely that I recommend San Andres, in this place the people are very charismatic and friendly, the atmosphere is very cheerful, the sea is amazing and is known as “The sea 7 colors”. Also, if you’re seafood lover, you’re going to love the food in this place. And off course, you must do the complete tour to the island. Worst experience dispite the wonderful unique view and oustanding arquitecture and facilities

Worst experience dispite the wonderful unique view and oustanding arquitecture and facilities the costumer attention has decreased. I have been a guest for more than 15 years. for more than two years did not come back I Left cali my city in COLOMBIA at 4 am and got to the hotel at 10 am i perfectly understand that check in is at 3 pm but on top of being so tired. Is that too much to ask to be offered at least one coffee that our federation of growers offer for free at hoteles or any other grower or any welcoming salute other than the rough attitude of the people at the front desk giving as only alternative for the five hour wait of an injustified cost? The people at the front desk is not friendly or welcoming at all. The rest of personnel is outstandlily friendly. My first impression is the lack Of renovation. Mainteinence does its best but the building and specially baths are toooo old. Plumbing problems need to be solved. My toilette broke twice last night. I have waited all day for a change of room. They gave one not comparable with the first one. A whole day wasted. Food used to be exceptional. You can hardly say that today.
