Этот курорт расположен в нескольких минутах ходьбы от центра популярного прибрежного города Малинди с его великолепным старым базаром, где обязательным условием является умение торговаться. Кроме того, здесь к Вашим услугам множество магазинов, баров и ресторанов, а также дискотека и казино. Фотосафари, перелет на остров Ламу или подводное плавание с маской и трубкой на территории национального морского парка — все эти развлечения доступны неподалеку. На окруженной манговыми деревьями территории курорта Mwembe Resort есть плавательный бассейн, сауна, возможности для занятий подводным плаванием с аквалангом, теннисные корты, ресторан и буфет. Проживание в апартаментах на 4–6 человек с одной или двумя спальнями и частично оборудованной кухней.

Place is amazing very relaxing, my friends and I had a great time there. However, would highly recommend booking directly at resort. There's a guy, one Sammy Muigai who lists it on AIRBNB as the host. Would highly advice not to book the place via him, he's a big con man, took our deposit and is yet to do a refund as he basically cancelled our reservation while we were on our way to Malindi and started with all these excuses why we shouldn't proceed to the place (kinda put Mwembe villas and resort in bad light) but regardless we decided to proceed to the resort where the reception staff told us that they don't know him. Decided to make a fresh booking at the reception and overall it was a good experience there except for the Con man issue that I feel the resort should look into. They have multiple people booking for them on airbnb and they take advance payments and do not refund they always have some reason or the other not to refund the money Poor service rude staff no facilitations given all they good for is a view I do not recommend this place at all!!!! If you want to go at your risk you better not pay in advance otherwise they will eat up all your money and never refund when u keep calling they keep transferring calls and say they'll call back which they never do Typical Con men with a face of a resort!!!!! All that you require to relax and reconnect with family and friends is available at Mwembe Resort- Malindi. The workers are honest, kind and very helpful. Set in the shade ancient mango trees & 4 pools - great staycation spot

Great place to stay if you want to mix self catering but have also ant to eat out . The on site Italian restaurant is perfect for lunch or dinner. Eg Roman pizzas . There are numerous villas & bungalows dotted around the grounds and 4 swimming pools. This place deserves to be busier and hopefully once the pandemic fades overseas tourists will be able to return. Meanwhile it’s a great staycation spot. They seem to try to keep the families in one area which is ideal, can imagine it wouldn’t be so peaceful when full of noisy kids. There are a few maintenance issues as can only be expected as the accommodation hasn’t been used much and keeping things working costs money and needs guests to keep it going. The bones of the place are very good quality, tiles and decor etc. Ideally you’ll have a car so you can go to the beaches and explore Malindi , which is the best place for Afro-style shopping, crafts, beaded wares etc ! the reception can arrange transport for you. A Classic in Malindi

The Residence has already some years, but is very well maintained and keeping a certain classic style. Several pools available and a restaurant where food has good quality.
