RCI Rip Off

We booked a free week through RCI using a gift voucher and unfortunately due to COVID restrictions in the country, we were unable to travel nor stay at the accomodation since it is not an approved hotel where international tourists can stay. We called RCI 3 times and they were unable to reissue a new voucher or refund. They said unfortunately we lost our week since they don’t have a COVID policy. I don’t understand if RCI has been under a rock for the past year but who doesn’t have a policy during a pandemic. Patong Thailand

We have just returned from Patong where we stayed in an apartment in Patong Towers. It was very centrally located, with a beach front view, however, the room was very dated. My biggest issue however, is the amount of rubbish generated and left near beautiful beaches like Freedom Bay. The View

Having visited Phuket many times I was eager to stay somewhere close to Patong and Bangla Rd. The View from this location is just nothing short of awesome, great location, convenient to Bangla rd and the night life and of course Junceylon shopping centre. wow!!

Excellent place with most convenient location and beautiful view

Very spacious and comfortable for family stay. Booked one bedroom suite thru QVI Club, fully furnished. Housekeeping was also good. Both living area and bed room had fantastic view. Especially bedroom had 2 side view with huge windows giving so spacious look. My family enjoyed our stay at Patong Tower. Very spacious and comfortable for family stay.
