Замечательный курорт для семьи с детьми

Были с маленькой дочкой (6 лет) в конце июня. Очень красивая местность, много зелени и пляжей. Останавливались в северной деревне, в номере с видом на марину. Очень красивый вид и просторный номер. Для детей много развлечений включая бассейн с двумя водными горками. Много мест поесть и везде отличный сервис. Красивые закаты дельфины и ламантины буквально везде. Рекомендую. Единственное что не очень понравилось - слишком тёплая вода к вечеру в заливе 31 градус, ла и цвет воды (коричневый) тоже не радует. Были с маленькой дочкой (6 лет) в конце июня. райский уголок

Были с семьей и друзьями. Великолепные пляжи, отсутствие скоплений туристов, морские звезды зарытые в песок прямо у берега... Здесь можно провести целый отпуск:каждый найдет себе занятие по душе: кто- то может по утрам заниматься йогой, бегать по огромнейшей территории, кататья на лодках, рыбачить, загорать Неплохие обеды, но цены явно завышены. Хотя повара идут навстречу и если что-то не присутствует в меню - сделают для вас! Нам приготовили пасту с морепродуктами, хотя в меню был только суп с морепродуктами :) Были с семьей и друзьями. Goor Break Before the Holidays

Our time at South Seas was relaxed, comfortable and well worth the effort required to travel these days. The daily routine was easy, available and promoted relaxation. Lack of housekeeping service was a surprise - had to call for more towels, shampoo, dish towels and a broom to do our own clean-up. Thankfully we were just the two of us, and it would have been a different story with our whole family. Arrived and was unhappy with the tennis villas, rundown and too out of the way. Asked Crystal ( Front desk) about it and she quickly pivoted us to a beach villa and we were very happy with the experience. She is a gem and made my stress level decrease immediately. Beach and property were beautiful and created for a lovely experience. Our time at South Seas was relaxed, comfortable and well worth the effort required to travel these days. Very outdated and need help

We stayed in an Ocean Front Villa. If I had known the condos were so incredibly outdated I would have upgraded but that doesn't reflect how neglected the units were (burnt out light bulbs, toilet flusher falling off, door jam molding falling off, poor quality mattresses and pillows, furniture was beat up, mold in the shower, to name a few). Also your guest relations staff needs a lot more training (we found the resort's patrons were a lot more friendly than your staff). I made the reservations almost 10 months in advance, it certainly would have been helpful if your staff would have alerted me to the need for golf carts!!!! And what gives that some of the rental companies can no longer rent to customers of the resort, the whole situation was awful. We rented pool cabanas two days and want to give high praise to our server, Curly. He was the highlight of the week. On the other hand Wyatt was absolutely a lost ball, by late afternoon he was nonexistent. The pool bartenders were not at all friendly. Super high praise to the parasailing staff. We have a disabled member of the family and they handed it beautifully. I understand that the property management has changed to the Timbers in which I am very familiar with some of their locations. Very dated rooms and not the best food quality on site

Very disappointed in this resort. First of all, the rooms are very dated and are in dire need of some serious refurbishment. We had issues with garbage disposal, fire alarm and TV. 6 different calls to reception resulted in only 1 call ever being answered, despite going around in loops on the automated system for 10+ minutes. Food quality at Harborside was nothing to write home about. For the price they charge for the rooms and food, it is not very good value for money at all. It was our anniversary and to be honest, an experience to forget. When you are paying $300+/night you expect something much nicer. Very disappointed in this resort. Lovely property poor customer service

The location and landscaping can’t be beat at this resort. However, for the price, the customer service and follow through by housekeeping and engineering is awful. There was no blanket or pillows for the Murphy bed despite the reservation indicating family of 4. I called housekeeping but a blanket was never brought that night and my kids ended up in bed with us to keep warm. I went to the check in the next morning to stand in line to request the blanket again. Since the buildings are old Florida the plumbing is slow and our toilet clogged for which we called housekeeping again but no one ever showed to fix it so we were stuck using the single bathroom as a work around but not optimal when your little one has to go fast and someone else is showering. I had also asked for balloons to be in the room upon our arrival as we were celebrating a birthday and was told yes this can happen but it also did not happen. Also warning don’t put your room key next to your phone or your key will deactivate and you will be stuck in a long line to reactive and then be rudely told that it was my fault for the inconvenience and I should have known this. Great resort

Lots of activities to do. Plenty of seating space at beach and pool, even when resort was 85% occupied. Golf carts convenient to get around with. Staff very friendly.
