Beautiful Oceanside Stay!

I was visiting Delray Beach area with my boyfriend and we stayed a week at Berkshire on the Ocean. The location was amazing and the place was so clean, especially with great COVID-19 protocols, I felt so safe especially during this time. All staff wore masks and everything was pristine clean. Our unit was on the second floor and had amazing views of the ocean from the front area. It was very relaxing and the staff went above and beyond to make the stay great. Paradise in Delray!!

My wife and I have been travelling to Delray Beach for the past 25 years to spend a week or two with her parents at a timeshare on the water. This year, we were fortunate to spend the past month with them at Berkshire on the Ocean and we could not have had a better experience. The casual easygoing atmospere fit our needs perfectly. The grounds and rooms are immaculately maintained and the entire office and maintenance staff were professional and friendly. The location, directly on the water, was perfect!! The one bedroom and one bath units are just right for two people We cant wait to come back in March for another week!! Fun and relaxation in Delray Beach

We loved the resort and the proximity to the beach, we had a wonderful family vacation. The resort met our expectations. The rooms were clean and cozy. The pool clean and quite. The BBQ area spacious and satisfactory. Laundry facilities were helpful and well kept. I would definitely come back next year. The overall experience was top notch. Absolutely charming and relaxing

Did a last-minute Interval exchange and Berskshire on the Ocean fit the bill for what we wanted - small property on the ocean. The property is older but maintained wonderfully. So clean. If you want flash, don't come here. We loved the pool area. The putting green and shuffleboard areas were closed due to Covid but the grills were open. The kitchen was extremely small but it got the job done with preparing our meals. We used the grills several times. Each unit is given one parking space to use. Loved venturing out in the area. Berkshire is very close to all kinds of great shopping. An added bonus was the property provides free lounge chairs and cabanas on the beach. You can also rent Tommy Bahama chairs and umbrellas from them for $50 for the week (two chairs + one umbrella). Would not hesitate to return. Old Florida Charm in relaxed setting Private Garden seating and easy direct Ocean Access

We had a one bedroom ground floor. Comfortably furnished, king sized bed. My husband likes being inside & reported all was very quiet & peaceful day & night; 2 TVs and WIFI worked perfectly for him! I like being outside to breathe the lovely fresh ocean air.; i'm asthmatic... We live on the Ocean in Miami FL - so I really appreciated having a beautiful grassy area set up with chairs & big umbrellas so both sun & shade were easily accessible. Although it's hot August, the ocean breeze kept me comfortable. The pool area is set up smartly with loungers, chairs with both sun & undershade seating. Huge grill; saw a number of guest fixing their food there. There's a privacy gate, guests are all given a key, to access the short couple minute walk down to the beach. I took several walks there as my doctor said breathing fresh ocean air is good for asthmatics. I don't swim but the area where I walked had a life guard & many were swimming. Atlantic Ocean View was gorgeous. Birkshire also has Beach Cabanas set up right outside their beach entrance/exit if you enjoy sitting right in the sand. I did for a short time but enjoy the quiet inside grass area myself. Lots of food stores and little outside dining restaurants were all over; you do need a car. This is NOT a party place; but if you need some R&R by the Ocean - this little timeshare fits the bill. I will recommend it to the other couples who are with RCI.
