not happy

Not updated , in maintenance , old hacienda. It doesn't match RCI STANDARDS !!! I have used other exchanged credits with RCI , and they were acceptable. Quaint villa

Was a quaint unit with plenty of room for our use. Was very basic and not luxurious but fulfilled our needs. Beds were very hard. The wifi was unreliable, inconsistent and sometimes non existent. Very friendly staff. Nice to be a ways away from downtown. Was a quaint unit with plenty of room for our use. Was very basic and not luxurious but fulfilled our needs. Beds were very hard. Bad choice by RCI

Old place with very poor services, RCI should not have included the place in its list, left the hotel after four days didn´t even bother to ask for a refund, the location is the only thing that was acceptable Old place with very poor services, RCI should not have included the place in its list, left the hotel after four days didn´t even bother to ask for a refund, the location is the only thing that was acceptable

Surely you can find better

“Found” this place through Resort Condominiums International. We’ve been coming to Mexico for decades and don’t pay attention to reviews that say a place is “dirty” or needing an update, because Mexico is not the US or England. This place is not dirty and it’s not more outdated than many places in Mexico that are affordable. BUT, it has no amenities at all. The restaurant has decent food, but only beer and soda, not even wine. It closes at 6 at the latest. The WiFi is only available in the public areas and it is often weak or down and the public areas are primarily outside unless you want to sit in reception, and in the winter, it’s cold after 6. The electricity is also weak and there is no central heat in the apartments, only portable electric heaters, which blow the circuits if you run one AND a hair dryer or run two at the same time. And it’s right on Hwy 110, a main highway, literally steps away from reception, so it’s noisy. There is bus service down the mountainside to Guanajuato city so if your not comfortable with Mexican public transit (7 pesos or about 30 cents) you’ll need a car or take a cab..they’re readily available for 70 pesos, $3. Good luck. Unless your looking for something cheap AND committed to using the perfectly acceptable kitchen, find a better and closer place “Found” this place through Resort Condominiums International.
